Silverwood HOA

The Budget and Finance Committee shall consist of the President, First Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and other members as appointed by the President of the Board. It shall be the responsibility of the committee to prepare and present the annual budget to the Board for review and approval. This committee shall also be responsible for auditing the financial reports and books of the association on an annual basis and reporting the findings to the Board and association members at the annual meeting.
